Thom McKenna is a dynamic, results-driven, and multi-disciplined construction professional with over 35 years of hands-on experience in the industry. For two decades, he successfully led a civil engineering and new-build contracting business during its 38-year trading history.

Jon Scurr is a highly experienced Projects Director with over 40 years of hands-on experience delivering complex new build, refurbishment and civil engineering projects across the residential and commercial sectors.
JAMES TOTTON
DIRECTOR OF STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP & TECHNICAL
James is a chartered engineer with over 30 years’ experience, who has worked for Arup, Blyth and Blyth, Aecom and Arcadis. James is a civil and structural engineer and has led design teams in executing major and minor projects across the UK.
