I started OJ Health and Safety over 17 years ago. Throughout this time, I have amassed an extensive understanding of several aspects of H&S. This enables me to conduct workplace and construction site audits as well as drafting and implementing H&S documents such as preconstruction information documents, construction phase health and safety plans, preparation of toolbox talks and risk assessments. For fire safety, I complete fire risk assessments on all types of buildings and manage our fire department, which also includes fire door inspections and compartmentation surveys. Over the last five years my main focus has been Fire Safety and CDM Consultancy in particular Principal Designer and CDM Advisor roles.
