Low-Carbon Homes for Care Leavers

Salford Foyer is a specialist housing scheme delivering six new homes for care leavers, designed and delivered by R&M Property Group in partnership with Places for People.

The project provides safe, high-quality, low-carbon homes that support young people transitioning into independent living, while meeting the long-term operational requirements of a Registered Provider.

R&M led the scheme from site appraisal through to construction and handover, providing a clear, accountable delivery model aligned with specialist housing pathways.

Homes were designed to balance durability, low running costs and ease of management, with early decisions avoiding future adaptation and maintenance risk.
