Zero-Carbon Supported Living

Pilsworth Road is a zero-carbon supported living scheme designed and delivered by R&M Property Group in partnership with Cornerstone Place and RBC.

R&M acted as developer, designer and principal contractor, leading the project from early concept through planning, technical design and construction to deliver homes purpose-built for long-term supported living.

The scheme was shaped around resident wellbeing, operational efficiency and regulatory alignment, with early design decisions reducing post-handover adaptations and long-term management risk.

Delivered using a fabric-first, low-carbon approach, the homes are energy efficient, comfortable to live in and resilient over their full life cycle.

Pilsworth Road demonstrates R&M’s ability to deliver supported housing at pace, integrate zero-carbon design and provide a repeatable, provider-ready delivery model.
