Castle Inn is a refurbishment and conversion project delivering eight apartments alongside a commercial basement, designed and delivered by R&M Property Group.

The scheme transforms an existing public house into a mixed-use asset, unlocking residential value while retaining commercial use and managing the complexities of adaptive reuse.

R&M led the project from feasibility and design through to construction and handover, managing structural risk and balancing residential and commercial requirements.

Fabric-first and low-carbon principles were applied where practicable, improving energy performance and long-term efficiency within an existing structure.
