Residential Development

R&M was appointed to deliver a residential development at Ennerdale Avenue on behalf of Southway Housing Trust, providing much-needed, high-quality affordable homes for the local community.

The scheme utilised a Light Gauge Steel Frame (LGSF) structural system, selected to improve construction efficiency, enhance quality control and support programme certainty. By adopting modern methods of construction, the project benefited from precision-engineered components, reduced waste and a faster build programme while maintaining high standards of performance and durability.

Working collaboratively with Southway Housing Trust and the wider project team, R&M successfully managed the delivery from construction through to completion, ensuring quality, safety and resident needs remained at the forefront throughout the project.

The completed development provides attractive, energy-efficient homes that contribute positively to the surrounding neighbourhood while demonstrating the benefits of modern construction techniques in the delivery of affordable housing.
