Our direction is increasingly development-led. We work with landowners, local authorities, Registered Providers (RPs), institutional investors, pension-backed capital, developers and funders to unlock opportunities from land and feasibility through planning, funding, construction and occupation.

We are particularly interested in organisations that control land or property but may not have their own development capability, including institutional and corporate landowners, public-sector estates, utilities, transport organisations, universities, healthcare estates and private landowners.
We consider more than outright acquisition. This can include conditional purchases, development agreements, JVs and landowner partnerships where owners can participate in the value created.
We are also building relationships with institutional residential investors, pension and real-asset investors, affordable-housing funds, BTR/SFH investors, RPs and private capital.
R&M provides the development and construction capability to take opportunities from concept through to completion.
Our construction capability remains fundamental. We operate as Principal Contractor across residential new build, refurbishment, regeneration and MMC.
