For two decades, he successfully led a civil engineering and new-build contracting business during its 38-year trading history. Today, Thom owns and operates a principal contracting company, a residential development company, and a housing brand, all specialising in Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) and the delivery of zero-carbon homes.

Recognised for his deep technical expertise and innovative approach, Thom combines a comprehensive understanding of construction design, processes, and practices with proven operational leadership.
